All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
We ship worldwide from Mauritius.

Taxes & Duties

For MAURITIUS AND RODRIGUES
For all orders placed within Mauritius and Rodrigues, prices shown onsite include the local VAT rate. 

Rest of the world (International) 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

All orders are shipped from Mauritius DDU and you may be liable for custom duties and local taxes.
Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Please note that Happy Dodo Ltd is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm on business days. We try our best to process all orders within 24hrs to ensure a quick delivery but processing may take longer under specific circumstances or when we are experiencing a high order volume.
